Lack of refunding

Digiteam does not provide any refunds for purchased parts, nor for equipment currently under repair, regardless of the outcome of the intervention. This includes, but is not limited to, any defects in the parts or any issues encountered during the repair..

Limitation of Liability

Digiteam cannot be held responsible for any damage to the device, diagnostic errors, or improper handling that occurs during the repair process.

Impact on the Warranty  

By accepting these repair conditions, you acknowledge that it is possible for the manufacturer's warranty on your device to be voided. Digiteam cannot be held responsible for any loss of warranty related to the intervention carried out by our volunteers.
